アップロード上限を2MB→50MBに変更しましたので、アバウトで5分程度の動画を
あげることができるだろうと思って、1分ちょっとの動画を上げてみました。
ところがエラーになります。
その動画の容量を見てみると、なんと、117MBもありました。
なぜ？(・・?)と属性をみてみると、YouTubeに投稿するために全画面表示になっていて、
なおかつ高画質になっています。それで、50MB超えになったわけです。
それほどの大きさで描画しなくともいいので、中画質、中程度の表示大きさにし、
ちょっと面倒ですが、ウェブブラウザのダッシュボードから動画をアップロードしてみると、
ブラウザ上横幅600ピクセル程度で再生できました。（MacOS10.15 Chrome 78.0.x）
これでもちょっと大きいかな。もう少し横幅小さくともいいですね。
いずれにしても、一投稿アップロード上限をもう少し上げておきたいところです。

アップロードはできたのですが、何かの原因で動画にプロテクトがかかってしまいました。
原因を調べているところです。

エラーの原因がはっきりと分かりませんでしたが、とりあえずファイル名を英数字にして、
アップロードした動画を一度削除して、ダッシュボードからアップし直しました。
（MarsEditでアップしようとするとエラーになりかたまります）
ブラウザを二、三度再起動してもみることができましたので、とりあえず成功としておきます。
エラーの原因は最後までわかりませんでした。
