ブログ記事内に説明動画をつけたい時があります。
その時には事前にYouTubeなど動画投稿サイトに動画をあげておいて、
そのリンクをブログ記事内に貼り付けるなどと言う方法をとります。
ところが動画投稿サイトに動画を編集してあげるなどと言う事はなかなか手間がかかることなので、
できれば直接記事の中に動画をはめ込んでしまいたい希望があります。
Facebookなどは、動画の再生時間が3分以内であれば、そのまま直接アップロードできます。
また、動画投稿サイトのリンクを貼ることもできますが、その分作業が煩雑になりますから、
この前Facebookのタイムラインに動画を直接アップロードしてみましたら、
その時間は再生ができました。
この再生時間制限と言うこともありますけど、直接投稿にアップロードできるのは(動画)大変便利です。
それを踏まえて、ワードプレスの動画の記事の中に動画を直接埋め込んでみることが
できるだろうかと言う疑問がありました。
以前挑戦してみたんですが、アップロードはできるものの再生ができませんでした。
原因がわからず、そのままになっていたのを記憶しています。
それで「ワードプレス 動画 アップロード」で検索してみると、
ワードプレスの操作を説明したサイトにPHPファイルを書き換えて、(ワードプレスの)
アップロードできる動画の容量を増やす。と言うものでした。
自分も記事投稿ツールMarsEditを使って以前投稿エラーが出た時があり、
その解決策としてワードプレスのPHPファイルを書き換えて、
使用メモリを(ウェブ上の)増やして問題を解決したと言うことが思い出しました。
ですのでそれにならって、今回PHPファイルを書き換えて動画を
直接アップロードできるようにしてみたいと思います。
次回の投稿で試してみます。
